1)  place your feet at 4 foot apart in standing position

2)  join your hands in front of you and make a right angle between knee and lower leg in half sitting pose

3)  keeping your back straight, do 15-20  sit ups

1)  Same as in previous exercise, making right angle between knees and lower leg, hold this position for 15 seconds

1)  lie on your back

2)  bending your knees, keeping your feet flat on the floor

3)  raise your hips off the floor and your body would form a straight line from your shoulders to your knees

4)  freeze in this position for about 1 second and then slowly lower back down

5) do it for 20 times

1)  lie down on your side and flex both feet

2)  you can use your lower arm to support your head

3)  your other arm should be at an angle with your hand holding onto your waist

4)  lift your top black as far as you can then lower your leg without touching the ground and lift it again

5)  do 20 repetition of this move

DIET TIPS TO REDUCE YOUR THIGH FAT :

1)  Cut The Use Of Sugar

Cut the use of sugar because of sugar is nothing but a simple form of Carbohydrates which converts into bad fat if taken in large amount.

2)  Cut The Use Of Common Salt

Common salt is responsible for water retention in your inner thigh. So avoid water retention, you must be ensure that you are not taking salt and taking enough water so that your body don't require to store water in our body.

Instead of using common salt, you can use rock salt and black salt.

With all the steps, you must avoid kind of fast food and food that comes from restaurant because this food has enough salt which can cause water retention in your thigh.

3)  Increase Protien Content And Lower The Carbs Content In your Diet

Protein keeps stomach fill for longer period of time. Increase the content of protien so that you can't feel hungry with less intake of food.

Excess of carbs content in your diet can increase your thigh fat. So lower the content of carbs in your diet as much as you can.

MY ADVICE TO REDUCE THIGH FAT :

To increase the effectiveness of the process , you should do overall body exercise, because fat never remove from specific part.

You may trying to do spot exercises (that exercises which work on specific area of body) but studies have proved that spot exercises are just a myth because these are not much effective as you think. That's why, I am recommending you that you must go for overall body exercises.

Apart from this, you can also join gym in which you can do heavy intense training. Heavy intense training is very helpful in burning fat fastly and can be very helpful in achieving your goal within less time.
